Can I shower with my jewellery?
We don’t recommend it—water, soap, and chemicals can dull the sparkle.

How do I take care of my jewellery?
Keep it dry, avoid harsh chemicals, and store it in the little bag it comes in when you’re not wearing it. This helps keep it shiny and ready to stand out.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! You have 14 days from receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Returns go to Ontario, Canada, and shipping is on the buyer.

What if my order is lost or damaged?
Contact us via email, and we’ll make it right. No drama, promise.
