Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return window, which means you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible: Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

Returns must be sent to Ontario, Canada, and the shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 14 days from receiving your order to report any damage or problem.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned, including: special orders or personalized items, sale items (all sale items are final sale) and gift cards.

If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us. 

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, you’ll be responsible for the shipping costs, but we’ll make sure the process is as smooth as possible. For defective or damaged items, don’t worry, we’ve got you and will take care of it.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If it is, your refund will go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Heads up: your bank or credit card might take a little longer to show it.
