Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. We’ll make sure everything is ready to go as quickly as possible.

Shipping
At the moment, we are only shipping to Canada. Shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders over $75 ship for free.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package doesn’t show up within the estimated time, reach out to us at nbdycaresclub@gmail.com and we’ll help sort it out.
